How long a foreclosure remains in my credit history?

Generally foreclosures and other derogatory credit information can remain on your credit history for 7 to 10 years.

it’s a little too late to worry about your credit history

Forclosures stay on you credit for 10 years. They are considered a legal action. Collections stay on your credit for 7 years

Civil judgements stay on for 7 years.

It should be coming off soon. Contact the credit reporting agency and dispute it if it’s still there.
