Can anyone recommend some sites (possibly free) to post a house for sale by owner?

There are web-sites that will allow you to post your listing on the MLS (multiple listing services) for around $300. This way your property will be listed on the database for the realtors so you will get a higher number of phone calls. Instead of having an agent representing you, your direct phone number will be posted. I have inlcuded a link for your review.

I always look through yahoo! Classifieds for Land and homes. You might want to try there….I think it’s free.
