Just pick up “selling your own home for dummies” it’s a comprehensive book with tons of insight. In all honesty, selling your own home is much easier than you would think. Call a title company and ask them to advise you as well, they will be happy to get you all the compliance and disclosure packages you’ll need.
It’s better if you hire a realestate to help you.
