A fix for hard-to-open casement windows
Q: DEAR TIM: I have several casement windows that are tough to open and close. Is there a problem with the hardware? Should I be maintaining them in some way? Can I repair this myself, or do I need to replace some of these windows? — Bethany H., Charleston, Ill.
