Sales of existing homes unexpectedly drop in Palm Beach County and nationwide

Palm Beach County’s existing home sales dropped 36 percent in January compared to December, but the median price was stable at $238,600. The numbers, released Friday by the Florida Realtors, show Treasure Coast sales also decreasing in January from the previous month by 18 percent.
