Glimcher wraps sale of stake in 2 malls
Glimcher Realty Trust told investors Monday it has closed a deal to sell majority stakes in a pair of shopping malls to private equity provider Blackstone Group LP , a transaction the real estate investment trust called a shot in the arm for future growth.
