Duke Realty Corp. to sell 23M shares of stock in public offering
Real estate investment trust Duke Realty Corp. said today that it plans to sell 23 million shares of stock in a public offering and use part of the proceeds to buy out its joint venture partner’s stake in Dugan Realty.
