Developer buys former downtown headquarters of Immunex

Goodman Real Estate of Seattle has bought a six-story office/lab building on the downtown Seattle waterfront. Goodman paid Watumull Enterprises of Honolulu $6.85 million for the building, on University Street between Western Avenue and the Alaskan Way Viaduct, according to county records.
