Are those home foreclosure companies for real?
I’d be willing to buy a home that was foreclosed on. Are those things for real? Can you really just start paying the mortgage on a house without a downpayment? I am of course expecting dilapidation-not so nice area, etc. But is it possible to become a homeowner this way?
