Craigslist is a great resource and it’s free in most markets. A good way to get more showings is to see if a local Realtor will put it on the MLS for a flat fee.
A Broker has access to an MLS (Multiple listing service) Thousands of people will see your property and it will sell quickly.
Craigslist is free, but depending on where you are, you may have to repost your ad frequently if it scrolls off.
Put it in your local paper, inexpensive print classified ads, put flyers up wherever you can.
