I wouldn’t For Sale by Owner if I were you (unless you happen to be a license Realtor). For Sale by Owner’s only work 18% of the time – most just prolong the time it takes to sell their home, then end up hiring a Realtor anyways.

I agree with the previous comment. If you don’t have any experiance with selling a house, it is better to use a realtor. On the average, you will pocket the same amount of money. Good luck.
