can you hold a raffle or rundraiser to raise money to save a home from foreclosure?
what are the laws on the above in North Carolina….can a person raise money to save a home?

I doubt you would be successful, most raffles or fundraiser are for charitable purposes and altho you probably feel your foreclosure would be a charitable thing, not too many people would agree and not participate
regarding the laws? that is another question for lawyers
