Douglas County No. 4 in state foreclosure rates – Douglas County Sentinel
Douglas County home foreclosures were down 17.11 percent last year from 2011, but the drop was most likely due to legal issues slowing down bank filings. The county saw 2,607 foreclosures last year, representing 5.24 percent of housing units, or 1 in every 19 homes.
